Here’s just a little 12 minute sample from one of my zoom pilates classes so that you know what to expect:
Try the ‘forward fold’ to help lengthen and stretch the back of the legs and lower back,
the ‘one leg circle’ which is a core strength and hip mobility exercise,
the ‘one-leg stretch’ to tone up the core and muscles of the side waist
and the’side bend’ to tone up the waist and stretch out at the sides.

Here’s the first fifteen minutes of a live zoom stretch class for you. These classes are an hour long and comprise of slow, gentle stretches to ease out stiff muscles and calm down a stressed-out mind.
