These are brand new classes, in a brand new hall – The 9.30 class is currently full, but I have spaces at 10.45. I’ll be teaching a free introductory class on Thursday October 14th at 10.45. Come along and try a class. Pre-booking is essential as places are limited. Please contact me to reserve your place.
Classes are one hour of glorious Pilates, slow, precise and steady. Suitable for multi-level students from complete beginners to intermediate level. contact me to reserve your place.
The halls are large, clean, COVID secure venues with ample parking.
Your first class with me is free and will be a little taster class so that you can get a flavour of what is involved. Come along and see if you like it – there’s no obligation to join.
After your introductory class, classes cost £8.00 each, payable in advance by the term – usually 6, 7 or 8 weeks.
You can join the class at any time during the term and pay for the remaining weeks.
You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a drink if you would like to. You will not need shoes as we exercise in socks.
For hygiene and safety I would recommend that you purchase a pair of ‘sticky socks’ which will give you a good grip on the mat. You can purchase them here.
During COVID, you may wish to buy and use your own mat. I will have mats available for you to use, but they will need to be disinfected by you after every use. I can provide the disinfectant and all other equipment, balls, blocks, bands and rings.
Mats can be purchased from https://www.mad-hq.com/pilates-mad-core-fitness-mat-1 or from Amazon.
Please make sure that your mat is a Pilates mat and not a yoga mat. Pilates mats should be at least 10mm thick for safety and comfort whilst rolling the spine. Yoga mats are too thin for Pilates!
Please acquaint yourself with full terms and conditions of joining the class on this page.
